ORDER

Q: How will I know if my order was received? 

A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep a look out! 

Q: I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?

A: Yes, please send us an email at [email protected] ASAP so I can correct your shipping address. Please include "Incorrect Shipping Address" in the Subject Line so we can make the change for you & you can get your #NTS as soon as possible!

Q: Does my order come with tracking? 

A: Yes! You will receive tracking in your email as long as you have used your Paypal account. (guest checkouts will also receive tracking but will not be notified) Please allow 2-3 days for your tracking to update. Thanks for your patience!

Q: Is my #NTS bracelet adjustable?

A: #NTS bracelets are adjustable & fit most wrist sizes! To adjust your #NTS, carefully bend each side to fit to your wrist to your liking. 

Q: What are your #NTS bracelets made of?

A: Each bracelet is made of high quality Stainless Steel & is lead free & hypoallergenic. *My Rose Gold & Gold are made of the same high quality Stainless Steel but plated with Gold. 

Q: What colors do you offer?

A: I currently offer Silver, Rose Gold, & Gold. 

Q: What does the #NTS mean on the bracelet & what does it stand for?

A: The #NTS means Note To Self & it is a way for our community to stay connected :) Use this hashtag on social media & wear your #NTS with confidence to share your own story to inspire! 

QDo you do custom orders? 

A: Unfortunately, I do not do custom orders but we are open to any suggestions of #NTS's that you would like to see in the near future!

Q: What payment options to you accept?

A: As of right now, the only form of payment I accept is Paypal. 


SHIPPING INFO/RETURNS 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently, we ship to the U.S ONLY  but we are definitely looking to expand in the near future! Stay tuned! 

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Usually, your order will ship out within 3-5 business days upon placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders/holiday season please allow extra time for shipping. Thank you for your patience! 

Q: Do you offer returns/exchanges?

A: No returns/exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order please contact me via email.
